Alsumaria News / Baghdad
publishes "Alsumaria News" political parties law, which parliament ended its first reading in the seventh month of January last. She paragraphs of the law is aimed at ensuring the freedom of citizens to establish political parties and join them, and while the law give the right of citizens to participate in the founding of the party political or belonging to him or to withdraw it, he did not one shall be compelled to join any political party or force him to continue with it.
He stressed the need for the law not to be a party and his founding of taking the form of military or paramilitary organizations, and pointed to the possibility of alliance between the two political parties on the basis of an agreement to form a political alliance.
