Federal Court overturn three candidates for membership of the House of Representatives

The Federal Supreme Court has decided to veto the House of Representatives approval of the membership of the three candidates, stressing that the decision was made out of respect for the will of the voters in the selection of candidates.
The official spokesman of the judiciary Judge Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar, "The Federal Supreme Court held on Tuesday under the chairmanship of its Judge Medhat al-Mahmoud and the presence of all its members, and looked at a number of cases brought before them."
He added that he "decided to veto the House's decision to ratify the membership candidates Adnan Mohsin Hassan Salem, and Zaid Abdullah Karim Swidan, in separate invitations.
" Pointing out that "the court ruled Bastbdulhma other candidates according to the number of votes Nallagha of the same mass and the province of two deputies were Mstquilin Astaizhaarhama."
Bayraktar said that "the court also decided to veto the ratification of the membership of the candidate's faith Hamid and replace a candidate for the same mass and conservative deputy resigned, which was Astaizharha decision," adding that "the quota of women had been made in section chanting session in the House of Representatives."
