Federal Court received invitations to overturn the replacement of members of the House of Representatives

The Federal Supreme Court has rejected invitations to overturn replacement of members of the House of Representatives No. 6 of the 2006 Act, stressing that the role of the House of Representatives in the legislation of laws should not affect the principle of separation of powers.
The spokesman for the federal judiciary Judge Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar, "The Federal Court on Tuesday held its headed by Justice Medhat al-Mahmoud and the presence of all its members, so I decided replies invitations to challenge the constitutionality of the replacement of the House of Representatives Law No. 6 of 2006."
He continued that "the plaintiff based on a law that was enacted by the House of Representatives directly without going back to the government," noting that "the Court found that the adoption of the law was normal practice for the work of the Legislative Council of Representatives."
Bayraktar said that "the Constitution was consecrated in Article 47 thereof the principle of separation of powers, like the global constitutions, where authorities identified by sequencing, the legislative, executive and judicial, and draw the constitution of each of its functions and powers accurately."
He explained that "the Federal Supreme Court confirmed the proper application of the provisions of article that each authority shall carry out its functions and powers according to the constitution drawn."
The court stressed that "the legislative competence of the House of Representatives must be mindful of the principle of separation of powers, and be among the laws that proceed directly affects this principle."
He added, "are among those that resulted in financial obligations to the executive authority of laws and were not included in the plans or financial budget without consultation with and approval of taking it."
