World Bank confirms its commitment to providing support for the implementation of the Law on Social Protection

Revealed that the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs for the World Bank confirmed its commitment to continue the strong partnership with the Iraqi government, particularly with regard to providing support for the implementation of social protection Act No. 11 of 2014.
A statement of the ministry received for News Agency (et) a copy of the Director of the International Bureau in Iraq Robert quality PU during the Summit for Social Protection Agency in 2015 say that the World Bank to stop along with Iraq, as a contribution to the improvement of infrastructure, human development and delivery of services to citizens and will continue standing by Iraq in the coming years through the provision of financial and technical support in this regard, noting that despite the current challenges but Iraq will continue on the path of social and economic development and to provide effective and efficient services to all its citizens.
He said the quality that the World Bank was a partner to the Iraqi government in the field of social protection over the past years, as provided support in the field of social safety nets through emergency social protection project, which was carried out by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
