Counting Parliamentary Legal Committee member Salim Shawki, on Monday, a Council of Ministers amendments to the Federal Court Act without pulling copy in the possession of the House of Representatives violation of the law and will delay the adoption of the law. He said Shawki told / information / "The Council of Ministers made amendments to the Federal Court Act without applying for the presidency of the Council of Representatives to withdraw the law, legal and constitutional violation." Shawki added that "the Council of Ministers held amendments to the law at a time when there is a copy of it in the House of Representatives, and the measure Saokhr the law was passed in the parliament.
