Babylon dedicated 800 acres to create an international commercial airport

Twilight news/Babel, the Council decided to allocate 800 acres for the establishment of an international commercial airport in the province.
And Vice President of the provincial Council, said Aqeel Al-Rubaie in a statement for "twilight news, that" the Council which decided to cancel the previous decision to allocate 800 acres for housing in the way the international Nile as an extension to the Albo NAFI (16 km east of Hilla). "
Al-Rubaie, said that "the Board agreed to allocate land for the establishment of an international commercial airport in Babylon and its Declaration as an investment opportunity after getting the approval of the Minister of transport".
Rubaie said that "the province will establish the airport as a mediating provinces of Wasit and Diwaniyah, Najaf, Karbala and Baghdad, as well as being an important transport network for these provinces."
