Babylon is moving forward to put the first brick to airport

Twilight News Babil province / seeks to put the first building block for the establishment of its international airport after the approval of the Iraqi Ministry of Transport on it. And the Ministry of Transport agreed earlier this year on the establishment of Babylon international trade and tourism airport. Said Rep Salem Amuslimawi in a text statement to Twilight News reported that he had met Transport Minister Bayan Jabr at the ministry headquarters in Baghdad to discuss the establishment of cargo airport in Babylon and the possibility of speeding up done, because of its positive impact in the province. He added that the cargo airport to be established in Babylon is a vital project occupies much of the workforce and raise the economic level of the province. He Amuslimawi "were areas in which it arises by the airport since 2006, when I served as governor and disrupted the project since that time to determine, but the efforts of the current local government has been working with the new," stressing that "there are agreements between the Office of the province and international companies to complete the project and these agreements need for the intervention of the minister and full support by the ministry in order to reach the final results. " Amuslimawi He added that "Babylon lack of petrodollar and religious tourism as well as it's not from the border provinces, so they need to promote economic betterment projects," adding, "Transport Minister expressing his willingness to visit the province to determine the requirements of each project.
