Kurdistan Alliance: Erbil will send a technical delegation to Baghdad to deal with technical matters to export oil

Announced the Kurdistan Alliance parliamentary bloc, on Sunday, for the near advent of a technical delegation from the Kurdistan region to Baghdad to agree on the quantities of exported oil and other technical matters, stressing the need to continue meetings between the parties and "not restricted to times of crisis."
The head of the bloc, Ala Talabani, in an interview to the (long-Presse), "The technical delegation from the Kurdistan Regional Government will arrive in Baghdad soon to agree on the amount of oil produced by the region," noting that "the last meeting between the President of the Federal Council of Ministers, Haider al-Abadi, a delegation of the Kurdistan Alliance, resulted in the parties confirm their commitment to the oil agreement signed between them. "
She said Talabani, that "the subject of the export of oil and quantity between the two sides did not discuss it because of the competence of the expert technical delegation", stressing the need for "the continuation of meetings between the two sides and not restricted to a time of crisis."
The Kurdistan Alliance delegation met last week, with the Prime Minister, Haider al-Abadi, and representatives of the National Alliance, to discuss private matters relating to the controversial share the Kurdistan region from the federal budget, and overdue salaries to the staff of the region including the Peshmerga.
The head of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Barzani, confirmed, in (28 of January 2015), that there is a misunderstanding with the federal government on the export of oil, noting that the province will not issue more than the agreed amount, while acknowledged that the region faces a bigger problem financial, stressed that the government is obliged to take special measures to address them.
Agreed the federal and Kurdish governments in the (second from December 2014 the past), the allocation of part of the federal allocations of Iraqi ground forces to the Peshmerga forces, and delivery of the Kurdistan Regional Government, 250 thousand barrels of oil per day in addition to the export of Iraq, 300 thousand barrels per day of Kirkuk.
The agreement also included, granting trillion and 200 billion dinars for the Peshmerga forces and the allocation of a percentage of the budget of the Ministry of Defense have.
