Detection of Oil and Energy Committee member of the parliamentary beauty Muhammadawi, Sunday, that Iraq owes $ 21 billion of foreign oil companies, and as pointed out that non-payment of funds to these companies will lead to Iraqi oil degradation, confirmed the allocation of eight billion in the current year budget to fill this debt. Muhammadawi said, "The Iraq owes $ 21 billion of foreign oil companies, and that the non-payment of money to these companies will lead to the deterioration of Iraqi crude oil and the amount of state revenues." He said a member of the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary, that "the government has allocated 8 billion to these companies in the current year's budget allocations, but this is not enough to meet the financial obligations of foreign companies." The prime minister Haider al-Abadi said earlier on Sunday that his government bygone increase oil production as well as search for additional revenue in other sectors, as he pointed to Iraq's desire to resolve the obstacles that stand in the way companies, particularly oil.
