Informed sources told ((eighth day)) that "the director of the Iraqi Commercial Bank Hamdiya dry shift huge sums into the region without the approval of the federal government in Baghdad.
The sources indicated that "dry as it appears in the documents has transferred huge sums to businessmen and civil companies in the Kurdistan region without the consent or knowledge of the Federal Cabinet.
The sources pointed out that "dry-funded electric power in Iraq B425 million dinars, while given to the Kurdistan region in the same field of energy and a half billion.
She, too dry to convert some material amounts to Kurdistan to pay salaries after shut off by the federal government for non-payment of oil imports. (AA)
