Friend: lack of trust between Baghdad and Erbil over oil deal

BAGHDAD / Source News / .. of the Kurdistan Islamic Union member Bakr parenchyma friend, Sunday, that the dispute between Baghdad and the oil is not over yet.
A friend told / Source News / "The oil dispute between the governments in Baghdad and Erbil not be terminated where there was no final agreement on this side."
"The dispute centers on the amount of oil from the source region and the central government's financial allocations for the Kurdistan Regional Government," explaining that "the atmosphere of mistrust between the two parties continue despite some problems between the two solutions."
He pointed out that "the provincial government is seeking to ensure the rights of citizens in the region and not tolerated."
He said Iraqi Oil Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi, Sunday, that resolving the crisis between the Iraqi government and the Kurdistan Regional Government is the main factor for the adoption of the budget for fiscal year 2015.
According to a press statement that: "We still have a lot of shortcomings that can refer to them .. There is no doubt that there is a negative legacy that must be addressed .. but in return there are positive legacy must take advantage of, and positive achievements should be assessed and mentioned" .anthy / p
