Citizen bloc in Babylon decide questioning Vice President of the Provincial Council

The President of the citizen bloc in the House of Babylon Ali Farhan, on Tuesday, the bloc decided to interrogate Vice President Aqeel al-Rubaie, while attributing the cause of the interrogation to the latter's commitment to non-management sessions and rules of procedure. Farhan said in an interview for the Sumerian News, said that "a number of members of the Council have made a list of interrogation, Vice President of the Council Aqeel al-Rubaie, the current week's session for clarification about his lack of management meetings and the rules of procedure of the Council, as well as the large number of enjoying vacations." He said he was hilarious, "presented to the interrogation office manager but he refused to accept the interrogation."
For his part, Vice President of the Board of Babil province, Aqil al-Rubaie said in an interview with Alsumaria News's, said that "the sessions management going within assigned of its decision and the Secretary General of the Council and by the rules of procedure work schedule and this is no different to him two," pointing out that "some of the blocks you want to deviate from the schedule Business other Marib, and this is a breach of legal and clear. "

The provincial council voted, in (June 15, 2013), during its first meeting, attended by 17 members out of 31, to choose Raad Hamza al-Jubouri, from the concentration of "qualified independent Iraq," Chairman of the Board and Aqil Jabbar al-Rubaie Communist Party as his deputy central province of free blocks and citizen Unified Iraqi Coalition.
The number of the province of Babylon seats of 31 seats, State of Law coalition won eight seats, while I got a citizen block seven seats, followed by the independent competencies gathered after winning four seats, then the Liberal bloc, which won three seats, and the Alliance of Babylon civil which won two seats, while each received the call from inside the organization and Iraqi Babylon Party gathered national partnership and a coalition of advocates of Iraq and the Secretary of State to support a single seat
