A statement by the bank on Saturday, said that "the Bank of Iraq intends to smart card adoption in the mechanism of the distribution of salaries of employees in departments and all state institutions, rather than the manual method of criticism."
The statement added that "this method reduces the importance of the monetary circulation and keep the money in the form that allows for circulation at any time and any place.He stressed that "there is coordination and cooperation between the World Bank and the smart card company to issue a card for the majority of the state's institutions" .anthy / p
