Rafidain Bank intends to adopt the smart card for the disbursement of salaries
BAGHDAD - Iraq Press - April 11: According to a statement issued by the Rafidain Bank, "the bank intends to smart card adoption in the distribution of salaries of employees in departments and state institutions, rather than all cash mechanism."
"The smart card would reduce the importance of monetary circulation and keep the money in the form, which are allowed to trade in any and everywhere," pointing to "the existence of coordination and cooperation between the bank and the international company for the smart card for the issuance of the card for the majority of the state's institutions."
