MP Mishan al-Jubouri, Tuesday, responded Federal Court appeal submitted by the Special Deputy Prime Minister Saleh al-Mutlaq questioned him, as he emphasized that the Council "binding" to set a date for questioning. Referred to the Presidency of the Council of Representatives, in the decided (10 March 2015), to postpone the questioning of Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the displaced Saleh al-Mutlaq, attributed the reason for the withdrawal of a number of MPs signatures of the motion, with the withdrawal of 48 deputies out of 65.
