The Federal Supreme Court cancels decision to exclude MP Mishan al-Jubouri of Parliament

Twilight News / canceled Federal Supreme Court decision to exclude Rakkad MP Mishan al-Jubouri, stressing that the issuance of such decisions need a two-thirds vote of members of the House of Representatives.
The judge said Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar spokesman for the federal judiciary that "the Federal Supreme Court decision to exclude promised MP Mishan al-Jubouri Rakkad unconstitutional for violating the provisions of Article 52 of the Constitution."
He said, "The court stressed in its decision that its terms of reference to consider the health of the federal authorities, including the procedures for the House of Representatives proceedings".
He explained that "in accordance with the decision to exclude the deputy of invalidity of membership need to vote two-thirds of the members of the House of Representatives."
