BAGHDAD / Source News / .. the oil and energy parliamentary member Zahir al-Abadi revealed the existence of two sites for the sale of Iraqi crude oil to the Turkish port of Ceyhan, the first of the Ministry of Oil and the second to the provincial government.
Ebadi said in a statement to the reporter Agency / Source News / that "the Turkish port of Ceyhan in two locations for the sale of the first Iraqi oil continued to the Ministry of the oil company SOMO and the other went to the Kurdistan region, noting that" Article 11 of the constitution stipulates that the oil and gas wealth per Iraqis are not entitled to the region or any other province that controls it.
Asks Abadi amounts coming into the state budget by source oil from the region do not know where to go we do not know who is responsible for selling today, explaining that "there are a lot of dialogues and talk between the center and the region to end the oil agreement between the parties file.
