Chairman of the Commission for Conciliation, parliamentary accountability and justice, Hisham Abd al-Malik al-Suhail announced the separation of the Baath ban law for accountability and justice and enacted in a separate law.

He added, "The members of the committee on the need to enact a ban on Baath Party Law independently in accordance with Article VII of the Constitution before the adoption of the Justice and Accountability Law."
