Secretary General of the Council of Ministers stressed the importance of developing a strategy based prioritize sectors that Ntegadtha reflected on other sectors for the development of wealth plans, noting that the security situation that prevailed in the country, affecting the implementation of plans and programs designed, and the depletion of the government's efforts.
