The Federal Supreme Court confirms that the law requires a vote to pass two-thirds of the members of the House of Representatives
The Federal Supreme Court announced that the vote on the law must be two-thirds of the members of the House of Representatives, the terms and the law in general, pointing out that going to mean another interpretation of the constitutional text emptying its content.
