Iraqi parliamentary committee plans to investigate with al-Maliki on the fall of Mosul

Baghdad (dpa) deputy in the Iraqi parliament said that the parliamentary committee in charge of the investigation about the fall of the city of Mosul, however, state regulation intends to call Iraqi Vice President Nuri al-Maliki as a commander of the armed forces at that stage to testify.

He added that «the testimony Obeidi did not come with something new about the circumstances of the fall of Mosul, however, state that the Committee also hosted on behalf of al-Tai, who was the commander of Nineveh operations by the Mahdi Gharrawi and investigations and Alastdavat which conducted with officials amounted to about a hundred hours. »
