The US embassy in Baghdad confirmed that the United States government "supports a united Iraq, federal and democratic, as specified in the constitution."
The embassy said in a statement received (righteousness) a copy of it, that Obama and Vice President Joe Biden told Massoud Barzani, president of Iraq's Kurdistan region during the latter's visit to the United States a number of issues, including the weakening of Daash and destruction and to develop ongoing to meet the needs of the Iraqi people and to promote political initiatives campaign Cooperation among all walks of life.
