Najafi from Washington: We call for the establishment of geographic regions and the sharing of powers according to the Constitution

Khandan - the governor of Nineveh Ethel Nujaifi stressed the need to go to the sharing of powers in Iraq, the establishment of geographic regions, saying that it was no substitute for the people of Nineveh in the liberation of their wallets. Nujaifi said during a speech at the Institute (Brookings) for Strategic Studies in Washington, where the talks are being about the preparations for the battle to liberate Mosul and arming of the year to fight al "Daash" at the invitation of the US decision-makers, that "the people of Nineveh need to hope that their future is different from what it was before the fall of Mosul, however Daash."
Najafi explained according to a statement issued by his press office, his vision about "The regions must be at the first two stages in the creation of the province geographically to the province of Nineveh up to the county administrative then the stage of negotiations come after that with the regions or adjacent to regulate the relationship, including the provinces," stressing that "all of this is in accordance with the approved Iraqi constitution." As Nujaifi pointed out that "the establishment of Nineveh province, will give the opportunity for the components to include their rights within the local constitution for the province of Nineveh geographical." and the governor of Nineveh province, "the need to maintain after the editing process expected to free and fair elections in which all the Iraqi forces involved without excluding the one and must develop a vision post-editing now. "
