Kirkuk calls to bring them into the oil agreements between Baghdad and Erbil

Kirkuk / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - President of the provincial council in Kirkuk student agency Ribawar Talabani of parliamentary coordination center and the region with Kirkuk and not be neglected in any oil deals between them.
He said Talabani's (IMN) said that "a number of agreements concluded between Baghdad and Erbil on matters pertaining to the province of Kirkuk without reference to the local government of Kirkuk, as if no reference administrative or policy."
He continued, saying, "We have asked the head of the regional parliament status map to activate coordination between the Kurdistan Parliament and the Parliament of the center and the provincial council in Kirkuk in issues relating to the conservation and we confirmed to him the need to give Kirkuk role and the right to any talks and agreements taking place between the two parties, particularly with regard to oil policy."
For his part, President of the Kurdistan parliament, said Mohammed Yusuf's (IMN) "We have a tendency to give Kirkuk especially in the constitution of the region where it formed a coordinating committee within the regional parliament importance," noting that "Kirkuk has a right to all the talks to which they relate."
The Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi earlier, the province of Kirkuk, located in the Department of attention because of its specificity.
It is noteworthy that the province of Kirkuk, 900 billion dinars financial allocations of petrodollars has not launched yet, to contribute to the establishment of new projects or complete stalled projects
