House of Representatives seeks to cancel Bremer's authority decisions

Legal Committee in the House of Representatives confirmed it is seeking to cancel the former US civil administrator in Iraq, Paul Bremer's decisions. The member of the Committee MP Ibtisam Hilali Radio Free Iraq that "the abolition of the ruling decisions of Civil Iraq Paul Bremer will be in phases and not a single package," adding as saying, "The Legal Committee will keep in mind the current stage that prevailed in the political process at overturn decisions by Bremer requirements."
Legal expert Ali al-Tamimi said, "The repeal of laws and Thariatha process is at the heart of the work of the House of Representatives," he said, adding that many of the existing laws are not in line with the situation of the country.
So praised Dean of the Faculty of Political Science University of Mesopotamia Amer Fayad step on the Legal Committee of the House of Representatives to cancel the decisions of the US civil administrator, explaining that the current stage requires the need to annul decisions issued by Bremer during 2003.
The parliamentary legal committee indicated earlier that ninety percent of the civil governor Paul Bremer decisions are still in force in the Iraqi state institutions.
