The face of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi , Monday, the need to activate the investment side in the provinces and provide employment opportunities, stressing the move towards administrative decentralization system.

The Abadi, according to the statement, "moving towards a system of administrative decentralization and giving local governments more powers," pointing to "the federal government and local governments in the face of the efforts of the security and economic challenges, along with the construction and delivery of services."
And the face of the prime minister to "the need to activate the investment side in the provinces and create jobs," stressing "the importance of teamwork for the supreme interest of the country".
The prime minister Haider al-Abadi stressed, in (February 18, 2015), that his government past the transfer of powers to the provinces and the development of reality in order to provide better services to citizens, noting that it will be by choosing the best way to manage the transfer of those powers process.
