Iraqi judiciary releases 8962 detainees

Shafaq News / The country's courts of all appeal areas have released 8962 detainees who have not been found guilty last month, while the judicial investigation offices settled 14121 lawsuit during the same period.
The judge m Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar , spokesman for the judiciary said that the number of those released in the investigation centers reached 7395, and 1567 released from the trial centers , noting that "the total cases of detainees in the investigation and trial during April totaled 12 137".
He added that "the judicial investigation offices resolved 14 121 law suits over the past month," pointing out that " Hilla investigation Office was ranked first in the number of unresolved cases by 3106 issue."
Bayrakdar pointed out that "the judicial investigation center in al- Kadhimiya office came in second place by solving 1873 law suits ", adding that "third place was the share of the judicial investigation Office of the passports by 1753 cases"
