Revealed a special source at the Central Bank in a statement to «new evidence» that the bank will be issued on Wednesday, the instructions for the loans that finance small and medium enterprises, which will be given to citizens who wish to do so, the source added that the instructions that will be issued today includes controls to be provided by the borrower for the financing of small and medium enterprises limit (50) million and that the term of the loan (3) years and an interest rate of 5.5% and that the projects are intended for agricultural, industrial and commercial projects, educational and health services, tourism and guarantees determined by the bank.
