Abadi raise "general amnesty" to the House of Representatives for a vote

The leader of the coalition of state law Abdul Salam al-Maliki said that "the coalition will not be allowed to reconsider Movernma Article IV of the Anti-Terrorism Act."
Side of the Sunni MP Mohammad al-Karbouli, the head of the parliamentary solution, on optimism the move also expressed misgave him of attempts to delay enactment of the law.
And MP Dhafer al-Ani, a leader of the alliance of the Iraqi forces that the proposal is inadequate because it did not include the re-trial covered in Article IV of the Anti-Terrorism Act, especially those who see Sunni lawmakers that their confessions had been extracted under duress to terrorism.
