Federal Court cancels a procedural decision of the President of the House of Representatives

A spokesman for the judiciary to the authority of the Federal Judge Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar responded in a statement to Twilight News, "The Federal Supreme Court has considered cases (
candidates for the decision to cancel the Presidency of the Council of Representatives to reject the judge objected to the membership of other legislators health."
He added that "the House of Representatives decided to reject requests objectors candidates to membership of some of its members in 30 of last April's health, arguing that such requests made after 30 days of repeating Alternative MP" section.
Bayraktar said that "the court after scrutiny and deliberation overturned this decision," adding, "they found that thirty days is bound to the presidency of the House of Representatives in the display object to the Council of Representatives for the purpose of deciding which two-thirds majority in accordance with Article 52 of the Constitution."
He added that "the Federal Court held that the objector has the right to submit his objection even if it was the last day of the parliamentary session in the event of a defect in the membership of a House health".
