Mahmood calls for legislation to the House of Representatives of the Federal Court Act

Tomorrow Press / Baghdad: he called the head of the judiciary Medhat al-Mahmoud, on Wednesday, the House of Representatives to the legislation of the Federal Court Act because of its importance for the judiciary in Iraq.
Said Mahmoud in repeating the section of the graduates of the 36th session in the Judicial Institute gala, and I followed "tomorrow Press", "The judiciary has sent the Federal Court Act to the House of Representatives for a vote, as the law contains important clauses would eliminate development in general in Iraq," and urged Parliament "to speed up the legislation."
He added that "the Federal Court Act identified the mandate of the members of the Court with 12-year-old, and if the end of the period specified, the court crew changed, assumes the their posts new members," pointing out that "this paragraph give a clear picture of the effect that judges adhere to their posts."
