Finance Committee: the abolition of the materials budget of the Federal Court prejudice the right of the House of Representatives

He considered the decision of the Finance Committee in the Iraqi parliament Haji Ahmed Rashid, the Federal Court decision to cancel the materials added by the Law Commission 2015 budget prejudice the right of the parliament, and stressed that this decision affect the powers of parliament.
Rashid said that the Committee met today and decided to silence its members counting on the court's decision change some articles of the 2015 budget.
He added that the refusal of transfers is a serious issue, and infringing on the powers of the House of Representatives.
Rashid pointed out that the Federal Court is wasted public funds for years and the majority of members of the Federal Court are corrupt, we are adding Committee decided to move in the direction of the Federal Court streets and expose the corruption that exists in the court of media organizations.
The Federal Supreme Court, have decided Monday, ruling unconstitutional a number of materials the federal budget for the year 2015. ss
