The Finance Committee considered the parliament, on Monday, the Federal Court decision to cancel the materials added by the Law Commission in 2015 budget "prejudice" against the parliament, and stressed that this decision affect the powers of parliament.
He said the Commission's decision MP Ahmad Haji Rashid in an interview with Alsumaria's News, "The Federal Court decision, which was released today, on the abolition of material added by the Committee on the Law of the 2015 budget, is to prejudice the right of the House of Representatives Finance Committee in Parliament," noting that "according to article 93 of the system Procedure of the House of Representatives of the Parliament be entitled to make transfers in the financial budget items. "
Rashid added that "the rejection of such a transfer is a serious issue," adding he was "infringing on the powers of the House of Representatives."
A parliamentary source said on Monday, that the Parliamentary Finance Committee held a meeting to discuss the court's decision on the abolition of material added by the Commission.
The Federal Supreme Court decided on Monday (July 5, 2015), ruling unconstitutional a number of the federal budget for 2015 materials, asserting that the legislation was contrary to the contexts provided for in the Constitution.
