Abadi issues orders to security forces and confirms ISIS to be defeated soon

Shafaq News / The Prime Minister and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces , Haider al-Abadi his emphasis on achieving "victory" on ISIS terrorist organization, and liberating all areas in the country.
This came during his visit to the headquarters of Joint Special Operations Command and its security leaders who briefed him on the progress of the security and military operations in the different pieces that are fighting ISIS organization, according to a statement issued by the Media Office of Abadi.
The statement said he discussed security plans that would liberate the areas controlled by ISIS terrorists.
The statement added that al-Abadi issued a number of orders that "contribute to the promotion of the spirit of victories by the security and military forces."
The statement said that Abadi praised the "victories achieved on the terrorist gangs in different areas," adding that "victory will be soon and we will defeat ISIS and liberate all Iraqi territory."
