Committee Kurdistan Constitution resume meetings tomorrow

BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - Commission to prepare permanent constitution of the Kurdistan region by Osman Adnan said, Saturday, that the committee will resume its meetings on Sunday to complete the discussion of Chapter II of the Constitution relating to civil rights and duties materials. Adnan's (IMN), that "the Commission amend the Constitution of the province will be held on Sunday a formal meeting in the presence of its members to complete the discussion of civil and political rights within its own rights and duties Chapter II," adding that "is determined to end the rights the city and political discussions this week, the Committee". He added that "the Commission will determine the week night which economic, social and cultural rights and the rights of ingredients discussions and thus the Committee has finished the second quarter, after which they can be move to Chapter III on the authorities in the executive, legislative and judicial region." He urged the President of the Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani, in a letter published on Monday the political forces in the region to settle differences and a commitment to the principle of consensus formed on the jurisprudence and the government, and said that the Kurdistan moving towards a different and important stage. The Kurdistan Democratic Party, headed by Massoud Barzani, and other trends rejects Kurdish parties to convert the system of government in the province of presidential to parliamentary, and ends the legal limit for the President of the Kurdistan region in the second round next August.
