Dutch investigations awarded by the World Court, a certificate of integrity and efficiency to the former central bank governor Abdul Basit Turki within nine international figures in terms of integrity. The court said in a statement briefed "Iraq law," a copy of it, she "was awarded a certificate of integrity and efficiency of the Iraqi Dr. Abdul Basit Turki". The court added that "the Turkish integrity certificate granting come within nine awarded for international figures." And has held Abdul Basit Turki several positions under the previous government, where he was head of the financial control, and then assigned him the task of the Governor and the Bank before the agency is exempt from these positions under the current government to assume the post of prime reconstruction fund in the liberated areas
