Called on the governor of Kirkuk, Najm al-Din Karim, on Monday, the government departments in the governorate to prepare for the transfer of powers of the ministries of Kirkuk to the middle of next month, as he emphasized that Kirkuk qualified over any transfer of powers to the province.
