Called on the governor of Kirkuk, Najm al-Din Karim, on Monday, all government departments in the province to prepare for the implementation of the decentralized system in the management of the affairs of the province independently of Baghdad. This came during a regular meeting of the heads of service departments to maintain contract headed by Necmettin cream governor of Kirkuk on Monday. A press statement issued by the Information Office, the governor of Kirkuk called "government departments to create an application to the decentralized system and take advantage of eight ministries powers under the law office by the Iraqi parliament." The statement added, "We may face the problems or obstacles or errors here and there, but we are involved, because Karkuk qualified more than any other province to receive powers because of the expertise of its staff and the efficiency of its directors." And the face of the governor of Kirkuk "circles to ensure the provision of services to the citizen Alkaragoki across neighborhoods through a special field of electricity, water and health holiday."
