Buffy : the right to Barzani nomination again for the presidency of the region

a member of the Kurdistan Alliance Hamid Buffy confirmed that the political problem in the Kurdistan region on the actual referendum on the president and his powers, noting that Massoud Barzani, has the right to run for presidency of the province once more .
He said Buffy's ( IMN) The " right to Massoud Barzani, the nomination for the presidency again, because the two sessions chaired was in accordance with the political agreements due not to put the constitution to a referendum,
and if they are put to a referendum, all laws will be adopted in accordance with the articles, including the issue of the presidency " .
He added , " the Democratic Party and some other Kurdish parties insist on incorporation into the Constitution an article stating that the election of the president by the people directly and enjoys wide powers, including military and diplomatic,
while the National Union and the movement of Curran and some Islamic parties want to elect the president through parliament and be position Therifia free of executive powers "
.
He pointed out that " this will make the issue of the presidency is subject to the effect if limited to elect the president by the parliament, while they will not be subject to the effect if has directly through the people " .
He explained that " there are regional parties that do not want to put the constitution to a referendum, Massoud Barzani, to prevent access to the presidency because they know his strength and the degree of influence within the region " .
And ridden province of Kurdistan big problems because of the subject of the presidency elections and powers of the region, where you see most of the Kurdish parties that the current President of the region of the Secretary-General of the Democratic Party of Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani is trying to monopolize power, while other parties supporting his candidacy for a third term .
