Cabinet decisions in its twenty-ninth regular

Council of Ministers held its twenty-ninth regular Tuesday under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Dr. Haider al-Abadi.
The Council discussed the terrorist crime in terms of Khan Bani Saad and decided to do the Compensation Committee in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers of direct compensation for the families of the martyrs and the wounded, and to authorize the President of the Council of Ministers the power to take measures necessary to rebuild the shops and markets affected.
The Council also stressed the start adoption of the completion of transactions procedures retired and the rights of the martyrs with an emphasis on negligent accounting otherwise.
The Council of Ministers approved on the top positions and the three presidencies to reduce the salaries and as follows:
1. A - Prime Minister and his deputies by 50%.
B - The amount of Maitkadah President and Chairman of the House of Representatives by salary and allowances of the Prime Minister.

2. (a) reduction of the minister allocations and those who are rank shall be fixed and paid their salaries by 45%.
B - The amount of Maitkadah Member of Parliament by salary minister after the reduction.
3. Agents ministers and advisers and those with special grades and general managers and allocations are lower rank shall be fixed and paid their salary by 40%.
4. reduction of staff in all allocations Functional addresses in the three presidencies, bodies and departments associated by 30%.
5. The Ministry of Finance and the Office of Financial Supervision and financial units in presidencies, ministries and departments not associated with the Ministry of the implementation of what was stated above with effect from 1.8.2015.
The Council of Ministers approved treatment and rehabilitation of random housing plan provided by the Higher Committee for the policies of poverty alleviation and stomach in collaboration with the United Nations Human Settlements Organization (un-habttat).
The Council also approved the recommendation of the Commission to simplify the procedures to adopt the official archives tariff (either identity card or passport), and archives own housing (either card housing or the endorsement housing) unless the law requires submission of other documents, and to hold the offending employee to work the contents of this resolution.
