Council of Ministers announced the decisions of the eighth regular meeting of the twenty-year 2013

The Cabinet held its twenty-eighth regular in Baghdad this day Tuesday, July 2, 2013 under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs and the Council issued the following decisions:
1. Approval of the transfers amount (15.4) billion dinars from the amounts allocated for the reconstruction of Turkmen regions with the Ministry of State for Provincial Affairs to cover compensation for those affected by depositing (10) billion dinars in one of the banks Tuz Khurmatu, according to choice of the Subcommittee in charge, and the implementation of road around and it paid (2, 9) billion dinars to Hammurabi company / Ministry of Construction and Housing, and buy some of the supplies necessary to reduce car bombs and terrorism by giving (2.5) billion dinars for the Ministry of Interior.
2. To approve the proposals of the Minister of Youth and Sports on the attack on the coach of Karbala, Mohammed Abbas, which claimed his life and that activating the decisions of the Commission to reduce hooliganism, chaired by the Ministry of Youth and Sports in collaboration with ministries and other institutions, and the granting of family Coach rights and privileges of the martyr and the disposal of his dues martyr and a piece of residential land area (300) square meters exception of resolution (120) for the year 1982 and $ (10) million dinars from the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the door grants to cover the costs of burial and light and other expenses and will take over the ministry follow-up investigation into the circumstances of the incident criminal with the competent authorities and to inform the Council on the results of the investigation until the clinching final.
3. Adoption of the recommendation of the Committee on Energy on the allocation of project implementation pipeline oil export Maysan fields through the port of Faw to the custody of coalition Enterprise Iraqi oil and a Chinese company and the total cost (317 125 100) dollars and the period of completion of standing (14) months and the period of guarantee (12) months that the company of Iraqi oil to the implementation of projects (60) km out of 272 km of the length of the pipe in question and on the basis of matching technical specifications and lower prices.
4. Approval of the allocation of the Ministry of Finance to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs for the fiscal year 2013, the amount of 1,565 billion dinars to cover the operating expenses for the office.
5. To agree to cancel the Cabinet Resolution No. (205) for the year 2010 on the liquidation of the General Company for Iraqi Airways affiliated to the Ministry of Transport and ending implications all the absence of reason filtered based on the provisions of Article (39 / second item / paragraph 8)of the Companies Act No. ( 22) of 1997 as amended.
6. Approval of the Credit and Finance Ministry Shiite Endowment / Secretariat of the threshold Husseiniya Holy sum of one billion dinars to meet the threshold obligations with the companies implementing and completion of projects continued to serve visitors exclusively and 20 billion dinars to pay salaries established that were not allocations in the budget is sufficient to cover the deduction of these amounts of the amounts to be allocated to the threshold when you achieve an increase in revenue from exports of crude oil exported during the first six months of this year, based on the provisions of Article (16 / item II / BC paragraph) of the Code of Federal budget for the 2013 fiscal year.
7. Approval to authorize the Minister of Finance to re-export of imported materials that show non-compliance with the conditions and specifications required.
8. Approval to authorize the Department of Commerce authority to direct contracting with pro exclusive agent for the Gulf to processing plant material, including sugar fills a need ministry exception of the financial ceiling set for the contracting authority to the minister in accordance with the formula for the price of sugar in the ministry and prompt processing.
9. Approval (if the rise of youth team to the fourth quarter) to provide Iraqi Airways Facilities to attend masses for stadiums and give players (5) million dinars and the (10) million in the event of victory came in second and 20 million in the event of winning the trophy and the disposal of these amounts of budget of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the door and includes grants of this decision, administrators and players coach and head of the delegation.
