Cabinet held its fifth regular session today under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and issued by the meeting the following decisions:
1 -. Authorize the Director of Public sexual power to grant multiple entry visas for foreigners purposes (corporate managers, experts and executives with the exception of workers) who wish to enter Iraq at the request of the ministry or government agency beneficiary for a period of three months.
B. Authorize the Director of Public sexual authority to grant the establishment for a year for companies contracting with labor ministries and government agencies beneficiary at the request of the Ministry or the beneficiary after Asthsalhm vacations work of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
2 - Launches General Authority for Customs all merchandise belonging to the ministries supplied to account for government contracts at the request of the Ministry or the beneficiary, that provides ministry beneficiary General Authority for Customs all documents and approvals pro-health and the legitimacy of entry of the goods based on the terms of the contract and undertake further pay all fees and taxes due on it in case it is proved not include exemption.
3 -. Directing the Directorate General of Customs to accept a certificate of origin from the factory last or the last in which the goods are produced for export to Iraq pursuant to contracts with government entities and parts thereof from different origins.
B. In case of necessity and urgency authorize the Department of Commerce under the law the power to dispense with ratification certificate of origin for goods supplied for contracts with government agencies and the Ministry responsible for it.
4 - confirmation on all sides applying financial instructions issued by the General Authority for taxes No. 2 for the year 2008, including determining the type of activity being trading in or with Iraq through the attached form instructions and sets for this purpose supported informally by government departments Contracting take up these forms at the Commission General taxes, which in turn holds the final decision on how the taxation of the contracts or not during the timeframe not to exceed one month from the date of receipt of the book sealed with the form and containing the information.
5 - do ministries to address the customs and taxes directly with giving a copy to the office of the Minister of Finance and be signed this Salutation by the Director-General of the Department of the competent ministry concerned and send however supported his candidacy ministry concerned for this purpose and shall follow up the matter with the constituencies of taxes and customs.
