Diwaniya / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - Vice-President of the province of Diwaniyah Investment Authority Yasiri Hussein said that the province will see a big leap in the field of investments after the transfer of ministerial powers to it.
The Yasiri's (IMN) that "long and boring routine process in dealing with the Ministry of Finance and administrative red tape in the transfer of funds for investment projects, including in relation to the ratification of the contracts and the budget will disappear when converting powers to the province."
He explained that "some of the ministries have some obstacles in dealing with the province, such as the Ministry of Municipalities that have dominance on its projects in Diwaniyah, and these constraints will end when the transfer of ministerial powers."
According to President of the Republic Torhan adviser Mufti earlier, the fifth day of next August will see the dismantling of eight ministries of the government to transfer its powers and its staff and powers to the provinces, while the Legal Committee of the Parliamentary sent a letter to the Council of Ministers on the transfer of powers from the ministries to the provinces and to expedite this matter.
