Twilight News / announced Presidency of the Kurdistan region of Iraq, on Saturday, that the region's president, Massoud Barzani, received a phone call from Turkish Prime Minister Ahmed Davutoglu and Tbacht with him regarding recent events in the region, noting that Barzani was disturbed from the tensions between Turkey and the PKK , and his assertion that the years of negotiation is better than an hour fighting.
