Fayad: Iraq needs to build new power stations in all provinces

He attributed the Electricity Minister Qassim Fahdawi, repeated power outages in most parts of Baghdad during the past few days to connect the generating units and the national electricity system, adding that the ministry suffers from a lack of investment allocations that led to poor infrastructure for the development of plants, according to the claim.
