A ministerial committee amended fines against the squatters on public property

Twilight News / decided for the Economic Affairs Committee in the Iraqi Council of Ministers at its twenty-second amendment fines imposed against the squatters on public property.
The Committee held its yesterday under the chairmanship Oil Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi and the membership of ministers (Finance, Planning, Commerce, Agriculture) and the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq and the President of the National Authority for Investment and Advisor to the Prime Minister for Economic Affairs and the Deputy Secretary General of the Council of Ministers of Finance and Administrative Affairs and the Director of the Legal Department of the Office of the Prime Minister and host Miss Secretary of Baghdad.
A statement of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister Ruz Nuri Shaways, who heads the committee that the committee discussed a number of issues of economic and financial affairs, issued a number of resolutions, including modifying the amount of fines against violators or perpetrators of the following paragraphs:
1. causing distortion in squares or public roads or harass the traffic to cross them on the shelves or in any manner whatever.
2. to cause sabotage or destruction of public gardens or parks or plants or trees located on both sides of public roads or in the middle.
3. throw construction debris or waste or waste vehicles and factories in places is allocated to them.
4. set up a building without vacation or contrary to her and that was forbidden under construction laws and regulations and instructions of the window.
5. Wash vehicles in squares and public roads or on the shelves.
6. throw waste or waste or dirt from vehicles in the course of its progress in public roads or where it stands.
7. do dirty and heavy discharge of water from the shops or role to the streets or feeder roads.
8. do erect pump or overtaking on water intended for drinking in any way in order to obtain the amount of water more than its due, both within the boundaries of the municipalities or in the villages.
The Commission also decided by the Baghdad Municipality in coordination with the Ministry of Finance Secretariat towards increasing the share of operational advances to perpetuate the work of the Secretariat as Hassan.
