BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - Center Brief published the first reading text of the draft control the allocation of federal revenue that came from the parliamentary finance committee, and the 15-article law.
The documents show's (IMN), that "the bill calls for the establishment of an independent body called the (General Authority for monitoring the allocation of federal revenues), and enjoys moral personality, and attached to the Council of Ministers.
[ltr]And increase documentation by the fact that "this body aims to achieve justice in the distribution of federal income among regions and governorates that are not associated with the province, which includes equity income and grants, aid and international loans distribution," pointing out that "the Commission has the right in coordination with the ministries of finance, planning and central bank , for the preparation of the federal budget.
