Turkmen Front: the inclusion of Kirkuk, the transfer of powers is illegal

The president of the Turkmen Front MP Arshad Salhi, Tuesday, to transfer the powers of the ministries of Kirkuk illegal for non-inclusion of the province to this law. Salhi said in an interview to the Sumerian News, "The Law of 21 ministries and the private transfer of powers to local governments did not include the province of Kirkuk." Salehi added that "the powers to be transferred to the local government in Kirkuk illegal and do not contain legitimacy," adding that "the House vote, yesterday, on the recommendations of the illegal transfer of powers has been to challenge it." The Kirkuk council member Ahmad military confirmed on Tuesday (July 4, 2015), that included the transfer of powers conservative like the rest of the provinces. It is said that the governor of Kirkuk, Najm al-Din Karim stressed, in (July 21, 2015), that the province is committed to decentralized management system and its application past, while calling those who oppose it to go to the Federal Court
