BAGHDAD - Iraq Press - August 6 / August: said the General Secretariat of the affairs of the ministries and provinces to the Council of Ministers, she discussed with the Shiite Waqf and upper thresholds of Trustees and Husseinia and Abbasid and Kadhimiya, the possibility of granting broad powers to the development of the surrounding area. She said "the General Secretariat of the affairs of the ministries and provinces held a meeting with two officials managers in religious shrines, was at the meeting to emphasize the importance of issuing a decision or legislation that would give powers to ensure the development of the area around the thresholds, and do not let the ministries and government agencies or private companies or citizens to develop its surroundings in random ". She added, "The meeting also stressed the need for thresholds administration has independent authority in order to save the prestige which needs to embrace the idea by the Shiite Waqf and thresholds to be submitted to the Council of Ministers."
