Judicial Council unanimously rejects the request boss Medhat al-Mahmoud transmits it to retire

announced the federal judiciary, Monday, rejection of the members of the Supreme Judicial Council unanimously asked President Judge Medhat al-Mahmoud transmits it to retire. The official spokesman for the Authority Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar, in a statement received Alsumaria News, a copy of it, that " the Supreme Judicial Councilcontract, today, an extraordinary session to discuss the development of the judicial process and has taken a number of important decisions. " He added that "the meeting saw at the end asked Judge Medhat al-Mahmoud transmits it to retire and left the meeting", pointing out that "the meeting continued under the chairmanship of Vice-President of the Council to decide on the request Mahmoud judge and vote on it. "
He noted that "members of the council issued a unanimous decision to reject the request Mahmoud judge; because the public interest and justice at this stage require to stay in his duties as President of the Supreme Judicial Council and the Supreme Federal Court."
